Terms of Agreement

The Crafted Bar - Terms of Agreement 

1. Deposit & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process. 

2. Bar Setup Fee A mandatory Bar Setup Fee of $200 applies to all events and is included in the final invoice. This fee covers transport and delivery, all bar tools, setup materials, non-alcoholic options, and custom printed bar menus.

3. Travel Costs Travel costs are not included in base pricing and will be quoted separately based on your event location. Travel fees must be agreed upon and added to the final invoice prior to booking confirmation. 

4. Client Responsibilities The Client is responsible for providing all alcoholic beverages for the event unless otherwise arranged through The Crafted Bar's Bar Planning Package. The Client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows third-party bartending services and that proper permissions or permits (if applicable) are obtained. 

5. Service Time & Staffing A 4-hour minimum is required for bartending service bookings. The number of bartenders required will be determined based on guest count and service needs. Additional service time may be added and billed accordingly if the event runs longer than planned.

6. Cancellations & Refunds The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are subject to full payment of the remaining balance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed upon in writing.

7. Liability The Crafted Bar and its staff reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or poses a safety risk to themselves or others. The Crafted Bar is not liable for any injuries, damages, or legal actions resulting from alcohol consumption at the event. 

8. Bartender Guarantee: Each of our bartenders is guaranteed a minimum of $400 per event. This includes a $200 flat rate (4hrs or more)., with the remainder typically covered by attendee gratuities. If gratuities do not meet the minimum guarantee, the difference will be invoiced after the event. This policy ensures we can provide top-tier bartenders who deliver exceptional service and energy at every Crafted Bar event.

9. Gratuity policy: In the event that no gratuity is collected during the event, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added to the final invoice. This ensures fair compensation for our bartenders and helps maintain the high standard of service The Crafted Bar is known for.

Agreement Confirmation By signing or submitting a booking form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
