About The Crafted Bar

Hi, I’m Pasob—founder of The Crafted Bar. With over 20 years in hospitality and a deep love for great service, I’ve worked in just about every front-of-house role you can imagine—serving, bartending, and managing in some of the busiest corporate chains out there. I even started out in the kitchen, where I first discovered my passion for mixing ingredients to create something new. Each role taught me something different, but they all led me to one big idea: people don’t just go out for food and drinks—they go out for an experience.

As a server, I quickly learned that guests are looking for more than just a meal. They want to feel welcomed, relaxed, and taken care of. The lighting, the music, the way they’re greeted—all of it matters. Everyone has different expectations, and it’s up to us to ask the right questions and read the room to create a personalized experience. That mindset has stayed with me.

When I moved behind the bar, something clicked. I had more control over the entire guest experience—what they sipped on, how they felt at the bar, and how their night unfolded. I wasn’t just serving drinks—I was connecting with people, helping them find the perfect cocktail, and making sure their glass (and their vibe) never ran dry.

Sometimes, guests don’t even know what they want. That’s where I step in—I’ll ask what liquor they like, whether they’re feeling something sweet, sour, or even spicy, and I’ll create something just for them. That’s the fun of bartending: every drink is a new opportunity to surprise someone, elevate their night, and keep the energy flowing.

Some guests stop in for a quick drink before dinner. Others settle in for a full night of conversation and connection. Either way, I make sure their drink is spot on, the service is smooth, and the experience feels effortless. I don’t just pour drinks—I help create moments.
