We offer an option to purchase alcohol on your behalf. A 50% deposit is required upfront for the liquor, with the remaining balance due later. If you have unopened liquor leftover after your event, we offer a buy-back option.

Yes, all bartenders with The Crafted Bar are fully certified and carry liability insurance for your peace of mind.

Yes, the bar setup fee is required for every event. It covers all essential bar tools, cocktail picks, straws, garnishes, a custom printed bar menu, and glassware for signature cocktails. 

Please note: there may be an additional fee for broken glassware.

Absolutely! For weddings, “his & hers” signature cocktails are included as part of the bar setup package. We also offer a cocktail tasting session with our Bar Planner package.

Our comprehensive Bar Planner service includes bar setup, custom cocktail design, liquor order planning, bar team coordination, ice and garnish prep, bar decorations, signature drinks, and a tasting session.

Yes, we include delicious crafted non-alcoholic cocktails to ensure everyone can enjoy a great drink.

We’ll help you calculate ice needs based on your guest count and drink menu. Ice supply is available for an additional charge and included in the Bar Planner package.

Travel costs are not included in the base price and will be discussed and agreed upon before booking, depending on your event location.

We’re based in Calgary and serve surrounding areas. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the city limits.

Our team consists of talented, fast, efficient, and knowledgeable bartenders. We’ll ensure the right number of bartenders are assigned to keep service smooth and guests happy.

Tipping is recommended for every event. We provide a tip jar at the bar, but you can also opt to include gratuity on your final invoice if you prefer.
